Hallo!
This is Kalman from Sweden.
I still use the program!On my XP.
But, today, reinstalled it, for some stupid Windows reason, and now I can not switch of of the icon in the programtraybar.
Anyone who can tell me how to do? I couold do this earlier.

I still use it on three machines at home and work I heve replaced one of my home machines and am trying to find it to download for it. Is it no longer available?

Just a point (a bit late, but later is better than never :-D)
Regarding to stores, views, models, they MUST BE in a controller, and the controller in the 'controllers' array in the Application instance. Otherwise they would be undefined. IMHO, this one restricts the unit testing, as you are unable to test a model or store in isolation (you always have to have the store in a controller).

Maybe including a mock controller...

you're not far from my method :) I just create a Application instance globally so I can call app.getController("name here").

I could initialize a controller instance using an application-object - not just passing in the global reference of my application.

Hey Jonathan,
I want to fall in love with Jasmine too ;-)

But I tried to create an instance of one of my controllers (which uses automatically created getter and setter with
stores: ['TestStore'],
views: ['TestView'] ...
) the whole day but just got TypeErrors during the creation of the accessors.

Could you please post one of your controller tests? How do you instantiate them?

Great post Jonathan! I have also struggled with integrating my Jasmine tests into ExtJS and Sencha Touch apps, and it's good to see you've found a solid way to do it.

I recently started a project with Sencha Touch MVC which I have hosted on GitHub (https://github.com/arthurak.... My unit tests are still a work in progress, but I am trying to take Jasmine testing to the next step - automation.

When all is said and done, I'm hoping to have JsTestRunner launch my unit tests (built with Jasmine) on every commit. My project isn't quite there yet... but I'm getting close.

You have to congrat Sencha by doing such a great implementation of the MVC "pattern". They didn't invent it, it's older than what you think. Comes from the ancient time when Smalltalk ruled the GUI creation.
